those checkboxes are for TR creation and not TO creation. Pls share screenshots from OMK0, unless you share that it will be difficult to guide you with the exact root cause. You should be able to paste screenshot here, if not atleast write down what settings you have in OMK0..under 'define control data' ...under 'Whse number' tab for your warehouse.
