In your situation perhaps capacity check method 5 is useful.

Define your usages per SUT when you define your SUTs.

Also maintain the maximum usage per bin in Bin Master.

Depending on how your shipments are coming, you might also want to check placement strategy
"I". It will switch to logic for "L" if it cannot find an existing bin.
