There is some information missing here which is making it difficult to understand ?

1. You say on the on e hand that the bin has a max bin qty I= 1800 but follow that by saying that the "bin can take only 600" ?
2. What movement type you are using for replenishment and in particular, what are the Screen Control settings for TO Creation?
3. What capacity check method are you using for AHP?
