Could you please share your system architecture and flow of information. with the above thread it is not clear how the information flow takes place

Create STO-----Create OBD---Transfer the information to 3PL system using EDI /IDoc (Outbound IDoc) ---3PL perform picking process in their system and confirm back(Inbound IDoc) ---PGI of delivery takes place
As per your thread you want to generate TO so do you want to transfer the TO information to 3PL
