There are no standard RF transactions that will allow you to create Replen TR's into TO's so you will have to create a bespoke RF transaction to provide this functionality.
The standard program for LP21 is called RLLNACH1. The main FM for the functionality that you require is L_TO_CREATE_TR.

Are you using pick HU for the TO creation? Is SU involved here?
Also, error HUGENERAL075 is issued in FM HU_PACKING_AND_UNPACKING. If necessary, you may have a debug to see why this error is issued.

Is it possible to set next cycle date using some specific dates so I can use LX26 daily for counts? Or?
Is there a way to create a record limit either in MIBC or LX26 to select only 200 quants per day?
It does not need to have a specific order, but cannot include any items that have been cycle counted since June.

Hi gurus,
we have materials with shelf life expiry date.
we monitor shelf life of any material using LX27 transaction and block the expired material manually.
So if we fail to block any expired material then the same material is sent to customer and later it gets rejected by customer.
Hence to avoid this is there any way to automatically block the material once it get's expired ?
suppose Prod 123 gets expires after 2 days then it shall automatically changed to Blocked stock from unrestricted.

If you only have WM to manage shelf life then there is no program that can automatically block the quant.
But if you manage your goods with batches then you can schedule QA07 transaction to automatically post to blocked stock

the business expectation is to execute the function in RF screen and create TR. They will scan the Material and fixed bin . Based on the Min/Max situation , the system needs to create the TR for repl. quantity.
I understand i need to create a custom RF transaction to address the requirement. What i would like to understand is , whether there is any standard BAPI / FM to facilitate the LP21 functionality ?

We want to work with SAP WM standard RF queue management function.
I understand the the queue can be configured based on the business requirement , assigned to the responsible group of persons.
When the TO is created , the queue will get assigned based on the accustoming setting.
I would like to know if is there any option to list the TOs created for his queue ,when the user logs into the RF device.

i could figure out something, delivery was deleted in dwm client & then idoc was delinked using custom program.

This is standard SAP process. You are changing the inventory from WM to IM thus creating a material document for the posting of the inventory. This is the financial posting.
The handling unit status will remain as PHEX WHSE but the handling unit will be without inventory.

Have you tried creating an RF queue and assigning the user to the queue using transaction LRF1? The user can then use the following system guided RF transactions to process the TO's
LM04 - Put Away System Guided
LM07 - Picking System Guided
To create queues got to the following in customizing:
Then Assign Areas and Activities to Queues and Assign Processor to Queues

I have a storage bin that shows as being blocked by an Inventory active flag, but the inventory document has been canceled. I can't even view this document since it was canceled.
I have tried to delete it with LI02N and LX20,but since I cannot access it, I cannot delete the document.
Does anyone has a suggestion on how I can get rid of this inconsistency?

Hello,
During putaway of inbound delivery, when i create transfer orders, they are splitted by handling units - i mean several transfer orders are created for each handling unit.
I use the same material and do the placing in the same bin
And during picking of outbound delivery, system creates only one transfer order for several handling units.
Could you please advise - what is the split criteria in that case?

No specific customizing settings were done on my system.
Can you give a screenshot from table LINK (use SE16 ) for this inventory document number 8362.
Can it be that the storage type field is empty?
