WM stock issue
Hi,
We have an issue with WM and MM stocks.
In MMBE we have qty 0 for MM stock, but in WM LS24 display 14 ST.
We can't clear differences using LX23 because stock is restricted.
We can't do any MM movement.
We tried to make inventory using LI20 but the stock is increased in WM.
Is it possible to delete 14 ST in WM without delete LQUA entry ?

This was 2 times rejected today.
The reason was given in the note to the rejection, you (or your colleague, who brought you now into this situation) are ignoring moderation and SCN rules of engagement.
The notes to the rejection can be found by clicking the Actions icon on top right and then going into the Notification tab.

There could be many reasons. Before we get into further details, could you please check if search is excluding LGR or i'ts picking the bin LGC from another criteria in T334T?

whether you are using any storage type indicators, if so it should maintained in material master data.
required stock is in available stock or not.
inventory active for bin.

What is the second column in your screenshot?
If that is a batch number then it might be that the system is looking for a quant with a certain batch which is the case when the batch is already entered in the delivery.

Items in the delivery not accessible to be selected for packing in the HU
Dear All,
I have now encountered a issue - I have created a delivery with a specific material( having all the configs done for packing), and now while packing i am not able to select the material to be packed in the HU.
In fact a week back , i have created a similar scenario, with the same material, and i could pack the same - now i am not able to do so.
When i go the previous delivery document (successful scenario), i can still unpack and pack again.
But now on, i have created many deliveries but not able to pack the material.
Please let me know, what would have gone wrong !!

Re: Two step confirmation does not work when quantity returned to return bin
Here is what I am trying to do.
ST 100 - Reserve storage has a full pallet of stock.
ST 042 - pick face can only hold half a pallet.
Replenish pick face with 1/2 pallet from reserve (St 100)
Remaining 1/2 pallet needs to be returned to ST 100 (doesn't need to be to the same bin location).
Three line items are created in the TO:
1. Removal of stock from ST 100
2. Placement of stock into ST 042
3. Return of stock to another bin location in ST 100.
These are three different steps and I think that I should be able to confirm the first step and them confirm that second step and then confirm the third step.

Program to delete WM transfer orders
Does anybody know of a standard program or user exit that can be used to delete WM transfer requirement - rather than deleting one at a time.

Re: Pick HU not created automatically in EWM
You need to make the following changes Shashi:
1) Need to assign right combination of Activity Area and Activity to WOCR determination node in IMG-EWM>Master Data -> WO -> Rule to determine WOCR
2) Ensure right tick for HU creation is maintain in Pack Spec and Pack Profile ( 0BDL is maintained with right master data entries )
3) Ensure that you have assigned a start Bin to Activity Area in: SAP MENU -> Master Data -> Activity Area -> Assign start and end Bin to Activity Area
This will enable you to get create pick HU with WO creation.

there is no standard Program to delete multiple TR in one go however you have provision to change the status of multiple TR using Warehouse Activity Monitor(T-Code : LL01) in one go

MM WM stock issue
Hi,
We have a differency between MM and WM stock and we don't know how to correct it.
We also try to understand how the diffrency has been generated but it is difficult to analyse because of a lot of MM movements and WM manual transfers has been done by users.
There is a lot of discussions about this issue on SCN forum but unfortunately we didn't found any solution to clear WM stock without deleting LQUA entrie.
Here is some details about our issue:
Transaction LS24: WM stock = 14 ST.
Transaction MMBE: MM stock = 0
We have executed LX23 to try to correct differencies:
We have -14 ST, it is ok, but LX23 doesn't generate any batch input to correct WM stock.
By reading saphelp for LX23 we can see that negative stocks can't be corrected.
We also tried to do a transfert posting using MIGO to unrestricted stock but it is not possible beaucause MM stock is 0.
Is it possible to correct this issue without deleting LQUA entrie ?
It seems that we can't do movements using MIGO.

Hi Julien,
You probably did a 551 movement type to PGI of scrapping. It does the material movement in MM-IM (as you can see in MMBE). But in WM, the stock will be at storage type 999 in SCROOTT position.
You must create a TO to adjust this stock. If you do not want to use LT01 or LT10 to do it. YOu must define the 'TR Create transfer requirement" indicator for IM-mvt-553.So the movement will appear in LB10 to process it.

1) The batch shown in LS24 doesn't match with MMBE.
2) The batch stock shown in LS24 lying under restricted category hence the system not allows you to transfer.
Please check my inputs in your system.

HU Loading Process without Transportation Management
Hi all,
We are configuring the shipping process without TM. So the business flow is:
--> Create Sales Order
--> Create Delivery
--> Create TO and Picking (RF)
--> Packing (using packing station) to generate HU
--> Load HU (using LM31)
--> PGI from Delivery
However the system allow us to do PGI without the HU loading process. How can I handle this since I do not use TM? To turn obligatory the loading of HUs.
Is there any badi/exit or configuration to do it?

Thanks for replying. I did run this in the foreground in our UAT system and it was very quick so it seems not to be a performance issue (at least in UAT system)
The only possible advantage I can identify is that if I run it in the background with the timing set to "Immediate" then I will be able to see the completion status in SM37 for all of the variants.
Apart from this I am struggling to see any value
